1. We admitted we were powerless over masturbation/sex.
2. Came to believe that masturbation is a power greater than ourselves.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to constant masturbation.
4. Made a searching and fearless moral and sexual inventory of ourselves.
5. Wove into our masturbation, admitted to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
6. To revel in and masturbate constantly over these defects of character.
7. Humbly resigned to masturbate to the remove of the rest of our lives.
8. Made a list of all persons we lusted over or wanted to worship, and became willing to masturbate constantly over them.
9. Made direct masturbation or at least admission thereof to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others, and especially to do so when it would injure us.
10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were pathetic promptly admitted it.
11. Sought through masturbation and masturbation and masturbation to deepen the cycle and attain the enlightenment of sex-madness.
12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to masturbators, and to practice these principles in all our affairs
My 12 step experience is as follows:
Step 1. I become aware of my penis. Step 2. I discover masturbation. Step 3. I learn the rules of self pleasure: sanctions, evil, banned. Step 4. I continue anyway. Step 5. I experience the thrill of public exposure. Step 6. Caution and stimulation – a habit is formed. Step 7. Risk / reward. Bolder and more frequent exposure. I embrace exhibitionist aberrent behavior. Step 8. Pleasure overcomes common sense. Habit becomes addiction. Step 9. Porn rules! – Exhibitionism on the web. I expose myself to a world-wide audience. Step 10. I push the limits in search of pleasure – addiction consumes me. Step 11a. Caught in the act -my penis betrays me. Step 11. Public display on various web sites – I am a cyber-exhibitionist! Step 12a. Condemnation, incarceration, humiliation. Step 12. I am cautious – life is good – I keep my love affair with my penis secure!
Now the 11a and 12a are what COULD happen to me, I prefer the happy endings! I am a passionate exhibitionist, preferring public exhibitionism versus cyber, and constantly run the risks of being found out in pursuing my favorite activities.
There is no easy answer here.
