I believe it does cause difficulty reaching orgasm if you masturbate too much. I usually have to abstain 7-10 days from masturbation to climax in wife. Even then it’s far from optimum sex, my erection is usually 60-70% so i’m small and it’s difficult to stay in her. Still love masturbation way too much to give it up!
