Masturbation Realizations
How old were you all when you realized you masturbated with a different level of obsession, frequency, profound delight etc than others? Basically what was your first step towards recognizing that you were truly a Masturbator while others just masturbated occasionally? For me it was frequency as a teenager….i was doing it 3-5 times a day, everyday…and filling any alone time with a session. Hearing others only did it once a day or less absolutely blew my mind. How could anyone not indulge like me? Looking back I realize I was simply born to masturbate.
I soon realized after talking to other teens that my frequency per day was off the charts. Even before ejaculation around 8, I would use it as a sedative if I was stressed. I needed the endorphin high early. My interest in porn also developed very early, seeking magazines that had been discarded when I was 11
Some parallels to my history. I discovered masturbation and porn at 8–exactly the same time. Porn made me hard for hours upon discovery, which led to prolonged penis manipulation, which led to my discovery of masturbation and orgasms. It was several discarded, waterlogged hardcore magazines by a river that hooked me for life. After that I was constantly on the hunt for porn.
honestly, growing up (in the bate life) in the late 50’s and early 60’s I never gave how much masturbating I was doing any thought. It really was not until the internet arrived that I found out anything about porn and how often others bate. So I was pretty old when I realized that I was a bit different. Then years later, via web sites like this, bateworld and buddybate, I realized that I was not really that different after all.
I just answered a question about wet dreams that made me think that my answer here was incomplete.
I did have a realization about how much I masturbated that I completely forgot about until I was in a wet dream discussion. I do remember, now, that I realized my masturbation habits were different because in high school, my friends talked about wet dreams and I realized that I never had a wet dream because I masturbated too much to have a wet dream.
For the record, I have had just 1 (yes, one) wet dream in my entire life. life had got in the way so to speak for a week or so and I finally had a wet dream. never had a wet dream before or since.
Late 50’s and early 60’s for me too – a time when being called a wanker was possibly the worst insult you could get, truly shaming. The internet has been wonderful, breaking that taboo. I now delight in the fact that not only do so many guys and girls proudly admit their masturbation obsessions, hundreds if not thousands of them are happy to go on porn sites and show the world how much they love to wank.
