He was respectful, gentle and authentic, and I doubt it would have happened quite that way without nofap. He’s the first guy I’ve been with since I started nofap and having gone the longest period of time between orgasms since I was about 11, I found it much easier for him to satisfy me. I felt this level of respect for myself that I’ve never experienced before. I’ve been doing other work on myself since starting, slowly healing things from my past, and I think nofap has played a huge part in me feeling more confident, secure and grounded. Of course I have my days of not feeling so great as well, but I experience a sense of clarity and peace much more often now.
